How these numbers were counted, and their limits
  • Status comes from the colour of each row’s status cell: Scanned #274E13, Processing #1C4587, Needs scans #5B0F00, Needs review #660000.
  • Repeated header rows, legend blocks, and blank rows are excluded. Listed counts are card rows; 8,260 of those are unique once repeated promo printings of the same card are merged.
  • The workbook's own INFO tab reports its headline figures through live spreadsheet formulas, so a static copy cannot be read for them; the totals here are counted from the card rows instead.
  • Counts below are derived row by row from the supplied workbook copy and its STATUS cell colours. They describe the scan project's progress at the time that workbook was shared - they are not a live feed, they are not re-checked against the project, and they say nothing about whether DDR holds the scan.
