Open your card
Choose a card in My Loot. Swipe the “Scratch here” panel on your phone, or click and drag with a mouse. You can also use Reveal without scratching, including with a keyboard.
The reward is fixed when the card is issued. Scratching, refreshing or trying again does not draw another prize. Only you can see your card’s outcome after revealing it. Check any expiry shown on your card.
What it can reveal
Prize Tickets go into your Warcraft wallet when revealed. Spend them on site avatars and Hero Card backgrounds in the Cosmetic Prize Booth — not physical goods.
Cosmetic unlocks become yours when revealed. If you already own the cosmetic, the card pays its disclosed, fixed Prize Ticket fallback instead, once.
Physical prizes belong only to designated DDR Loot giveaways. A card is not a promise of a physical prize unless its offer includes one. Shipping offers require a U.S. delivery address; pickup prizes follow the event’s collection instructions.
How cards are earned
DDR can award cards for significant achievements and designated events. Not every achievement or finished game earns a card: the active reward rule and event offer decide.

Collecting a physical prize
When a card reveals a physical prize, you choose what happens next. Claim Prize starts delivery or pickup. Decline Prize is for a prize you already have or don’t want: it gives the prize up for good, with no replacement card, new scratch or Prize Tickets, and the card stays in My Loot marked “Prize declined.” You can also close the card and decide later; the prize stays reserved for you in the meantime.
After claiming, open Prize delivery in My Loot. For a shipping offer, confirm your email and supply your private U.S. address. U.S. states, DC, territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported; international addresses are not. Where you live or play does not decide eligibility — the delivery address does.
DDR staff review the claim before shipping. You can edit a pending address until approval; your receipt shows the delivery state and any tracking added by staff. Pickup offers remain pickup-only. Your address is visible only to you and authorized DDR staff, never on public profiles or giveaway lists.
Physical prizes come from DDR Loot Cards
Prize Tickets buy site cosmetics only. Physical prizes are won on DDR Loot scratch cards from achievements and DDR events — never bought with tickets. Physical prizes ship only to U.S. addresses (50 states, DC, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO). No international shipping.
